These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bilalsadasub (the "Platform"), including our website, mobile application, and API. By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and transaction PIN, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Completing KYC verification may be required to access certain features or higher transaction limits.

2. Services

Bilalsadasub provides airtime top-up, data subscriptions, cable TV payments, electricity bill payments, exam e-pins, airtime-to-cash conversion, bulk SMS, and related virtual top-up (VTU) services. Service availability may depend on third-party network and biller uptime.

3. Wallet & Payments

Purchases are funded from your wallet balance. Funds added to your wallet are held solely for the purchase of services on the Platform. You are responsible for confirming all transaction details (recipient number, plan, biller) before submitting a purchase.

4. Failed Transactions & Refunds

If a transaction fails after your wallet is debited, the amount is automatically reversed to your wallet. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes, including money laundering, unauthorized resale, or attempts to exploit pricing or refund mechanisms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. API Use

If you access our API, you must keep your API credentials secure and comply with our rate limits and integration guidelines. You are responsible for transactions initiated with your credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bilalsadasub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or failures caused by third-party networks or billers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
