Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and reversals are handled on Bilalsadasub.
1. Automatic Reversals
If your wallet is debited for a transaction that ultimately fails at the network or biller, the debited amount is automatically reversed to your wallet in real time. You do not need to open a ticket for automatic reversals.
2. Pending or Delayed Transactions
Some transactions (for example, certain electricity or cable payments) may show as pending while we await confirmation from the provider. Pending transactions are resolved as either successful delivery or an automatic wallet reversal, usually within a short period.
3. Wallet Funding
If you fund your wallet but the balance does not reflect within 10 minutes, contact support with your payment reference number and we will investigate and credit confirmed payments.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Transactions delivered successfully to the number, meter, or account you provided
- Errors caused by incorrect recipient details entered by you (e.g. wrong phone number or meter number)
- Exam e-pins and similar one-time codes that have already been issued or viewed
Please confirm all details carefully before submitting a purchase.
